Dear Colleagues and Friends of ENTeR-chILD (COST Action CA 16125), 

We have the pleasure to may invite you to the inaugural conference of the COST Action ENTeR-chILD whose scientific programme is now almost finalised and promises a wealth of excellent presentations. The meeting will be held in Prague, Czech Republic; 1st – 3rd November 2017.  There are a lot of details in this invitation so please read to the end, and take action.

This first meeting will provide the opportunity to share ideas and start making contacts for future plans in the chILD field. The meeting will contain numerous presentations on chILD and adult ILD. The different workgroups will present future research plans. In addition to plenary talks, a substantial amount of time has been reserved for oral presentations by young and senior members of the COST Action; these talks will be selected from the submitted abstracts. An interactive poster session will be organized. A preliminary programme you can find on this wesite. The Conference programme will be finalised upon selection of oral presentations. You are therefore invited to submit your abstract, register for the meeting and book your hotel room ASAP!

Abstracts: Abstracts for oral and poster presentations are limited to 300 words (excluding affiliations), and should fit on one page. Abstracts will be published in the Open Access report of the Conference. Please note that by submitting the abstract you agree with its publication. Please indicate whether you prefer an oral or poster presentation; however, final decision will be done by the programme committee. Abstract submission is available only via the on-line form until10th September.

The Congress and Training School Programme Committee will select submissions for posters or oral presentations by 1st of October.

Best presentations and posters will be awarded prizes at the meeting.

Presentations from the individual Working Groups: Each Working Group should give a short presentation on their goals and the work in progress. Please send a brief outline and nominate a presenter if different than the Working Group leader and send it to the Action chair Deborah Snijders (olanda76@gmail.com) with copies to local organisers (martina.vasakova@ftn.cz and petr.pohunek@LFMotol.cuni.cz). These contributions will not be published as abstracts.

Booking of hotel rooms and travel: Delegates are responsible for booking their own accommodation and arranging transport. You can book accommodation in the conference venue – hotel Hotel Don Giovanni Prague **** (www.hotelgiovanni.cz/en) for the prize 1600 CZK per room and night (approx. EUR 60) in the registration form.

Reimbursement: According to COST rules reimbursement applies only to the Management Committee members and to the invited speakers. These participants will obtain a link to the e-COST reimbursement system after the conference. We can also contribute to travel and accommodation of approximately 30 young members, and 10 senior clinicians/academics. Please register early if you want to apply reimbursement.
